So, how does Fitter U™ work? How do I get started?
It's quite simply really. Once you purchase Fitter U™ you will receive an email with the links to all of your workouts. Click on the links and the workouts are then downloadeed and saved on your computer - now you can easily upload them onto your iPod or MP3 player and you're ready to get started!
All you need to enjoy the program is an iPod/MP3 player, a stability ball, a step, 2 pairs of dumbbells, and a cardio machine. That's it!
What if I've never worked out before OR what if I'm more advanced?
Fitter U™ consists of circuit strength training total body workouts designed specifically for losing weight, burning fat, toning, and improving your overall fitness level. It has been created in such a way that accommodates all fitness levels by using your initial relative fitness level as a starting point.
Therefore, 2 people at complete opposite ends of the fitness spectrum will find the Fitter U™ workouts equally challenging and beneficial. Why? Because, your experience will be relative to the loads, tempo, and intensity that you employ. After all, if I ask you to give a 75% percent effort won't yours be different from someone else's? For instance, in a given workout you and I might be doing push-ups for 30 seconds let's say. If you're relatively unfit, you might do your push-ups at a slower tempo than perhaps someone who has been doing them for several months. But that's fine because you will advance tremendously compared with where you started.
What do you mean by progressive fitness system?
Well, that's a great question and I'm glad you asked.
Fitter U™ offers you 35 hours of functional circuit training and interval cardio workouts. Throughout the program, I guide you through each workout for a period of 3 months (or phases). The neat thing is that each workout and phase builds upon the previous.
Therefore, the workout we do in Day 2 will be slightly progressed from Day 1, as will Phase 2 compared to Phase 1. At the same time, the workouts allow enough repetition for you to master each movement.
How are the workouts structured? Time, reps?
TIME. That's why Fitter U™ is perfect for you no matter what your fitness level.
For example, your Day 1 workout would consist of me coaching you through a light cardio warm-up for 5 minutes, followed by 2 sets of circuit training where you would complete 6 exercises which would then be followed by 10 minutes of interval training on a cardio machine.
During each circuit training set you would work for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds before moving onto the next exercise, and so forth.
With me so far?
In essence, your workouts are based around time intervals (not repetitions). So, as you get stronger and fitter you'll be able to perform more repetitions in a given time interval. Make sense?

How long are the Fitter U™ workouts?
